We are not responsible for the data accuracy or service availability of these third-party platforms.
Ownership: Unless otherwise specified in a written contract, Taatviks Tech Pvt. Ltd, retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the code, designs, and content, and all other work product created during the provision of services.
Client License: Upon full payment of all fees, we grant the client a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the final work product for their internal business operations. We retain ownership of any pre-existing "Background IP" (frameworks, libraries, or code) used across multiple projects.
Billing models are determined on a project basis. Upfront payments are generally required.

Both parties agree to protect non-public "Confidential Information" shared during a project. This obligation does not apply to information required by law to be disclosed. We may share necessary details with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting providers) to fulfill service obligations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taatviks Tech Pvt. Ltd, its employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.
By Client: You may terminate services with a minimum of two (2) months' written notice, subject to payment of all dues.
By Company: We may terminate this agreement immediately for "Cause" if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in illegal activity.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond the party's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, or natural disasters.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a tiered manner. First, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the company will determine whether the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in a court of law.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taatviks Tech Pvt. Ltd, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
